What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a full refund or exchange.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Certain health and personal care products
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Credit is applied to your original payment method
I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email bmerciful16@gmail.com providing all details of your order and we will follow up.
How are gifts handled?
If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
Once received, a gift certificate will be sent.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
How do I return an item?

You are responsible for return shipping costs
Use a trackable service for expensive items (recommended)

What if my item is partially refundable?
Only partial refunds are granted when:
An item shows obvious signs of use
The packaging is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
More than 30 days have passed since delivery
